This recipe will take you completely by surprise. The Avocado Chocolate Mousse is delicious on its own or can be used as a topping for cakes and cupcakes.
1 Ripe banana
1 ripe avocado
¼ cup milk/ almond milk
20gms cocoa powder
4 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
Put avocado, sliced banana and cocoa powder in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract and blend again until completely combined.
Spoon into serving glass bowls. Refrigerate the mousse until chilled about an hour.
Garnish with sliced banana, grated chocolate and nuts.
