A simple delicious sweet & tangy pachadi by Smt. S R Kshithija Natarajan. Kids just love it.
1 Raw Mango
1 cup Jaggery
¼ tsp Cardamon pd
4 tbsp Oil
Remove skin of Pineapple and cut into pieces.
Remove the skin and grate the Mango.
In a pan add oil and heat. Add mango pieces to it and stir.
When soft add pineapple and mix for few minutes or until soft. Add pinch of salt, jaggery and mix.
Lastly add chilli powder and cinnamon.
